Made by pet people, for pet people.
Tailwell is a small shop for the everyday things that make life with pets easier — the lick mat that saves bath time, the bowl that slows a gulper, the brush that reaches the undercoat.
Why we started
There are thousands of pet gadgets online, and most of them are forgettable. We started Tailwell to do the digging for you: we look for products with strong reviews from real buyers and prices that make sense, then stock only the ones we’d happily use with our own pets.
Our range is deliberately small. Every item has to earn its place by being genuinely useful day to day — at mealtime, grooming time or out on a walk.
What we believe
- Useful over gimmicky. If it won’t get used every week, we don’t stock it.
- Fair prices. No inflated “was” prices — just what it costs.
- Real support. Email us and a real person replies within one business day.
- We make it right. 30-day returns on unused items, and free replacements if anything arrives damaged.
