Orders
When you place an order you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we’ll refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may vary slightly between screens, and sizes are approximate. Always supervise your pet with a new accessory and replace items that show signs of wear or chewing. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States. Delivery estimates are shown on product pages and at checkout; most orders arrive in 7–15 business days, and orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. Estimates are not guaranteed. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Returns and refunds
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it in full. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order.
