Shipping
- We ship to all 50 US states.
- Standard tracked shipping: $5.95, or free on orders over $49.
- Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–15 business days.
- Our products ship from partner warehouses, so orders with several items may arrive in separate packages — each with its own tracking number.
30-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
- Email hello@tailwell.us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back with a tracked service — return shipping is paid by you for change-of-mind returns.
- Once it arrives, we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren’t refunded.
Damaged, faulty or not as described
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace or refund it in full. There’s no need to send it back.
Wrong or missing items
If something isn’t what you ordered, or an item hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, let us know and we’ll send a replacement or refund it.
