We’d rather sell ten things that work than a hundred that don’t. Here’s what every product has to pass.
Proven with real buyers
We look for a strong track record: lots of orders and consistently high ratings from people who actually bought and used the product.
Made for everyday use
Practical, easy-to-clean designs win over novelty gadgets. If it won’t get used every week, it doesn’t make the cut.
Priced fairly
Our prices cover the product, tracked shipping and support. We don’t inflate “compare at” prices to fake a discount.
What we pass on
Just as important as what we stock is what we don’t.
- Products without a solid track record of reviews
- Items that can’t ship to the US with tracking
- Plug-in electrics without clear safety certification
- Food, treats and supplements from unverified sources
Always supervise
Every pet is different. Introduce new accessories under supervision, and replace lick mats, bowls and brushes if they show signs of wear or chewing.
